Plamen’s 16-week program was a game-changer for my hectic schedule. Despite juggling work and family commitments, I saw real results—improved strength, better energy, and a refreshed mindset. MEET YOUR COACH Plamen 

Hello, my name is Plamen, and sports and fitness have always played a major role in my life—even from a young age. I remember playing football with my grandfather on the school grounds and, over the years, I’ve tried it all: running, contact sports, water sports—I’ve even competed in men’s physique competitions and Hyrox races. I’ve now been an in-person trainer for over six years.Before that, I worked in sales, marketing, and insurance. While these corporate roles never fully satisfied my need for a physical challenge, they taught me valuable lessons in time management, goal setting, and KPIs—skills that translate directly into the fitness world.Meanwhile, my time in the gym has shown me lessons that carry over into everyday life. Barbell squats, for instance, only spark real growth in those final, burning reps—the ones that feel almost impossible. It’s the same in life: if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.The gym has also instilled in me lessons that translate to eveyday life:

Consistency—sticking to a program long enough to see real results.
Discipline - pushing through workouts on days when you least feel like it. Confidence - embracing new routines, exercises, or challenges.
Self-care - recognizing when rest trumps staying up late.
